Saturn Conjunct Neptune & the USA

I am taking a detour here from my normal correspondence to dive into the upcoming Saturn/Neptune conjunction in Aries and its relevance to the natal chart of the USA, drawing on my almost 50 years of studying astrological data. As a result, this post will be quite different from my other posts here on Substack.

For background, I began studying in the latter half of the 1970s with the intention of proving to myself that astrology was all a bunch of B.S. I self-studied in the beginning and then was trained by older astrologers in the Chicago area. After a couple years of digging deeply into human history and planetary signatures, and numerous episodes of the hair standing up on the back of my neck, I became convinced that I was looking at something that clearly had importance and value. I will add that I have only primarily studied geopolitical and market astrology and have never considered myself a natal astrologer.

If you think the first two months of Project 2025 and the Council For National Policy have been bad, all I can say is; “Hold on to your hats.” As Bachman, Turner Overdrive said: You Ain’t Seen Nothing Yet.

We are right now in the first of this year’s eclipse phases with the partial eclipse of 28 March 2025, falling at 9 Aries. This weekend, Neptune will enter Aries, leaving the sign Pisces after a 15-year run through that sign (although it will retrograde back to Pisces one more time).

Neptune through Pisces helped lay ground for the world of disinformation and addiction we live in today. When positive, this energy can help build a stronger community. When negative, that community can emerge as exactly what we have seen, Cults. QAnon, MAGA, opioids…extreme illusion and untethered reality describes Neptune transiting Pisces. The energy is also associated with any form of escape from reality, drug addiction, phone addiction, gaming, porn etc. etc.

The fact that “#Signalgate” occurred right on this current eclipse with Neptune on the cusp of Aries is textbook. The twisting of logic against clear and detailed data is linked to Neptune (Gaslighting) and the past decade plus of up is down, right is left, and black is white relationship to the data and the truth/reality.

It is important to note that Project 2025 specifically outlines in “training videos” the use of apps like Signal to communicate with the intention of the discussions automatically deleting themselves and thereby leaving no paper trail and nothing can then be attained via a subpoena or a FOIA request.

The “Sagittarius” Chart 1776

How all this plays into the chart of the USA is critical. I personally have always used what is commonly known as the Sagittarius (Rising) chart of the USA in Philadelphia, PA at 5:10PM 4 July 1776. Obviously, no one knows for certain exactly when the Declaration of Independence was officially signed, but throughout the past two centuries enough research has been done to build a strong argument for the “Sag” chart.

On the chart above (from Astro Dienst), the Midheaven (MC: Medium Coeli) is 1 degree, 3 minutes and 21 seconds of Libra, making the IC (Imum Coeli) exactly opposite at the corresponding degree of Aries.

The Latin for Imum Coeli translates to “bottom of the sky” and in a natal chart this represents your foundation and has a feminine energy…representing home, mother etc. It is the beginning of the “Fourth House” which represents your home and intimate surroundings.

As we move further into 2025, Saturn will also be leaving Pisces and moving toward a conjunction with Neptune, with the first occurrence in July/August. Saturn leaves Pisces in late May. As we enter July, Neptune will retrograde at 2 degrees 11 minutes of Aries on 5 July 2025, and on 14 July 2025, Saturn will retrograde at 1 degree 56 minutes of Aries…a mere 15 arc minutes of an exact conjunction.

Both planets will then retrograde into Pisces for the last time before they move back into Aries for their formal conjunction 20 February 2026. Neptune re-enters Aries 27 January 2026, Saturn re-enters 14 February 2026.

The conjunction between these two planets occurs roughly every 36 years, the last conjunction was 1989. The last conjunction in Aries (where they both moved over the cusp or Aries/Pisces) was 555 and 878…and then Aries in 1380 and 1703. See this post for reference.

The key to this year’s movement is the relationship to the chart of the USA. Both planets will be making formal pairing in direct opposition to the MC (Midheaven: Medium Coeli) of the chart of the United States…crossing over the IC.

If we were to simply look at Saturn/Neptune as a standalone issue, a case can be made for “new beginnings.” However, with both transiting the IC/MC axis of the chart of the United States, I believe that means there needs to be an ending. You cannot have a new beginning with having the ending, right?

In addition to this mishegoss is the fact that the next solar eclipse falls on the Fall Equinox on 21 September 2025 with the Sun at 29 degrees 5 minutes of Virgo in direct opposition to the Saturn/Neptune conjunction. In other words, the Fall eclipse will be very close (conjunct) the MC of the chart of the USA.

In short, shit is about to get real.

I believe these transits could be pointing to the end of Neoliberalism. Neoliberalism took hold near the last Saturn/Neptune conjunction in the 1980s and has resulted in the greatest transfer of wealth in human history. $50 trillion has been moved from the bottom portion of society to the top one percent.

What happens to the country, to the economy if such a situation unfolds? The TESCREALists want “Technoliberalism.” For them to succeed, they are relying on things like crypto and Bitcoin to finance their science fiction world where their ‘transhuman’ entities will travel to the Virgo Supercluster and join the 10³⁸ digital people, and at least 10⁵⁸ such people within the accessible universe.

What they are really birthing is Technofeudalism.

“What happened is, the rise of cloud capital and the siphoning off of money from the circular flow of income increases the discontent within people. At the same time you have the algorithms which make money and accumulate cloud capital to the extent that we hate one another. Hate is the fuel of facism. You can see that this is all according to plan. Some people should NEVER have taken LSD. Like, never. That last purple microdot seriously fucked them up, big time.

That said, if the world of the TESCREALists collapses at the same time, this would be a moment where the United States could set a new course…after a war? (see below) If we erase Neoliberalism and the TechBros trip on their dicks, what’s next?

Communication Breakdown & Gaslighting

One of the most critical potentialities of Saturn/Neptune is communication. By the summer of 2025, we could well be into a full-blown authoritarian takeover of all communications. The ground is being laid for this via the “Alien Enemies Act,” and the recent ridiculous narrative on Signalgate (some people are calling it “Whiskeyleaks”). It’s ‘classified,’ it’s not classified. WTAF.

The bottom line is this pattern points to a period where knowing what is true and what is false is nearly impossible. It is a ‘muting of the human psyche.’ “Shut your mouth, I know what you are.”

All dissent could be squashed via government control of the media. To accomplish this, the Council For National Policy will need a Reichstag moment, they will need to declare a ‘National Emergency’ in order to implement some type of Martial Law. (Marshall Law if you are Marjorie Taylor Greene!) This is a dictate of Project 2025. This as well as a complete destruction of the rule of law…it is all laid out in Project 2025.

I think that we could see such a “Black Swan” event occur during the month of April. If I had to guess, it would come on or around Easter weekend this year.

I say this only because we are coming off the 9 Aries eclipse with Neptune entering Aries this weekend. Don’t hold me to it. Just be prepared.

The Lengthened Shadow of One Man

I want to add that I was trained by one of the most expert “Sabian Symbol” astrologers in the world in Chicago. She was a student of Marc Edmund Jones and published some of the earliest books on Sabian…still available today.

This is important because, when Neptune stations in July, it will be at 3 Aries Sabian (Sabian counts to the next higher degree once a planet has crossed a degree). Thus, 2 degrees 11 minutes of Aries is “3 Aries,” and the Sabian Symbol for this is: The cameo profile of a man suggesting the shape of his country.

We are being shaped by the lengthened shadow of ‘one man,’ and that man is an emotionally crippled person, amoral, narcissistic and basically evil.

I think it is possible that by the time Saturn/Neptune meet up in July 2025, the Christian Nationalists and the Dominionist Movement, the Heritage Foundation and Opus Dei might be regretting the fact that they chose as their savior ‘one man’ with such horrifically bad character and lack of morals to implement their grand scheme. The monster can not be controlled in the lab…they just don’t know this yet.

July may be the ultimate FAFO for MAGA. This could open the door for Americans. This is assuming that there are any doors left to be opened.

With Saturn/Neptune on the IC of the chart of the USA, this is nothing short of a “wake up call.” Indeed, we might even see the fever break in terms of the cult. I will go out on a limb here and say that it is quite possible the cult leader may not survive the summer of 2025.

We know from history that once a cult leader is gone, most cults dissipate…and quickly.

The question here would be, how much damage will have occurred prior to such an event? If international relationships are destroyed and the economy is in tatters, what would a rebuilding look like? And, what would the Council For National Policy do to preserve their dream? They have spent five plus decades planning for this moment. They will not let go easily.

In addition to the Dominionist Movement, we need to consider the Silicon Valley TechBros and their TESCREAList agenda.

The “Accelerationists” have just as much power as the Christian Nationalists and, together, they may not adjust their steering if the cult collapses in 2025. Indeed, with their power over Gaslighting and the media, they may be able to continue a new cult.

Saturn/Neptune is all about control, particularly control of INFORMATION. In short, control of reality. We are already experiencing a “1984” style of government. This could be put on steroids as we move toward early 2026.

As citizens, we need to keep our heads on a swivel. As Americans, we may need to fight for the country.

The coming eclipse in Virgo, on the cusp of Libra, near the MC of the USA could be an indicator for war. We already have the language of a “trade war,” but this would be different.

Historically, this is the chosen solution for financial fuckups…throw a big war and distract the masses and do your best to cover up the poopoo you created.

In any case, we should be prepared. A collapse of one sort or another is coming. How we move through this will be up to us. Neptune in Aries will strengthen individualism at a time when we most need a collective. Saturn in Aries, however, brings energy that can mute the individualism deficit by deprioritizing the individual. So, the opportunities are here for significant and lasting change…albeit with a large dose of Darkness.
