The title comes from the book: They Poisoned the World by Mariah Blake, where she details how companies like DuPont and 3M hid their internal studies regarding their poisonous chemicals and then lied about the deadly properties in PFAs/PFOAs and “Forever Chemicals.”

For a century we have been sold the same ridiculous corporate lies and bullshit. Man-made chemicals are safe, leaded gasoline is safe, Teflon is safe, cigarettes are safe, driving without a seatbelt is safe. The public relations P.T. Barnum’s rolled out their B.S. while Americans got cancer and died, babies were born with deformities, and livestock died with blood coming out of their mouths and noses.

Social media is based on algorithms trained to feed you atomized and targeted food for your Amygdala and Medulla Oblongata.

We have gone from artificial chemicals to artificial information. AI and deep fakes and robots flood social media with insane propaganda.

Streaming services have taken over for the sit-coms and informational programming on the TV (Boob Tube).

Everything we are experiencing right now was predicted by Marshall McLuhan decades ago.
