From Aspiration to Desperation
From Being Right to Being Effective
Despair is Not an Option
“When a man has reached a condition in which he believes that a thing must happen because he does not wish it, and that what he wishes to happen never will be, this is really the state called desperation.” --Arthur Schopenhauer
Last night, Bernie Sanders gave his own rebuttal to the “Joint Session Address” and stated: “Despair is not an option.”
As Americans, we should be able to take Sanders’ directive to heart. If you are a Ukrainian, that is another story. The U.S. has terminated support for Ukraine militarily, we are shutting off sanctions to Russia and closing counter-intelligence cyber operations against Russia.
How could anyone trust US intelligence right now? Gabbard goes on Sunday shows and sounds like a Kremlin plant. None of the remaining Four Eyes will share anything with America now...knowing that it might be handed directly to Putin.
A number of people have talked about how “angry” they are after the past week’s shitshow where T***p and Vance stabbed a U.S. ally in the back while siding with a murderous dictator, followed by T***p’s brilliant move to implement tariffs on its two largest trading partners…also allies.
Anger is a powerful emotion. When used correctly, it can accomplish things. However, as ProfG recently stated on the Pivot Podcast, being offended accomplishes nothing. He said, “If you can be offended, you can be manipulated.”
This is how KGB Psyops are conducted. They bombard the human psyche with contradicting sets of data and keep it flowing from a firehose which triggers the brain’s amygdala and creates a constant state of fight or flight. In that tense and anxious place, it is near impossible to discern what is true and what is false.
Pillars of Disinformation
“In 1984, Bezmenov gave an interview to G. Edward Griffin from which much can be learned today. His most chilling point was that there’s a long-term plan put in play by Russia to defeat America through psychological warfare and “demoralization.” It’s a long game that takes decades to achieve but it may already be bearing fruit.”—Big Think: 39 years ago, a KGB defector chillingly predicted modern America
The ’long game’ has been one of psychological warfare by the KGB on the American people as well as Europe. In the USA, Russia accelerated its psyop with the QAnon phenomena.
There is a video online by Jim Stewartson that is admittedly difficult to watch but presents a unique view of how Russia weaponized QAnon to brainwash the American public. Stewartson was a game creator who created the very first ARG (Augmented Reality Game). After coding this ARG game, Stewartson began noticing how the tactics that QAnon used to take people down the rabbit hole of crazy were a near replica of the coding they used in their ARG.
He also shows the deep connections to Russia and the KGB behind the QAnon ‘movement.’ Prior to the Covid pandemic, roughly 5% of Americans believed in QAnon. The numbers today are in the 18%+ range, 30+ million Americans…one in five people have bought into a Russian psyop.
It is difficult not to despair when you cannot have a sane conversation with people whose heads are filled with insane nonsense. You cannot agree on the color of the sky right now. Is It blue? Who really knows? Yes, eggs are expensive. Bird flu? Maybe, but have you heard that “…the government, media, and financial worlds in the U.S. are controlled by a group of Satan-worshipping pedophiles who run a global child sex trafficking operation?”
The #SaveTheChildren hashtag blew up during Covid when people were isolated with their phones. Twitter and Facebook allowed “Q” posts to permeate their timelines and algorithms.
Everything that has a basis in reality has an opposing piece of bait that can be thrown out to fuel the conspiracies. Take the “$50M in Condoms for Gaza. Condoms fore Hamas.” crazy of the past month. USAID was supplying condoms to “Gaza” in Mozambique with the purpose of preventing STDs. Reality, meet crazy. KGB psyop. Despair.
From Desperation to Aspiration

Last night Bernie talked about the only real strategy that American have in this situation. We can be louder than Putin and his KGB psyops. Mass labor strikes, economic strikes. This is our power. Consumers account for 2/3rds of the American economy.
The problem today is that GOP policies over the past four plus decades have kneecapped labor movements, and the AFL-CIO is toothless with barely 10% of the nation’s workforce in unions.
The labor strikes of this generation will need to come from people who are already living on the edge, particularly GenX and GenZ who have been dealt a short hand to start.
The history of labor movements in the USA is filled with bloodshed and violence and it might come down to people putting themselves on the line for better living conditions.
Collectively, we are larger and stronger than the oligarchy. We must stand strong, together.
