Hold your horses. No, this isn’t another diatribe about the “Church” sputtering and gasping in the throes of eventual death. Be warned though, it might swerve into the deranged fuckwits of Christian Nationalism. And there might be generous use of cuss words. Ruh Roh. This Sunday, many will go to their local church, pray, sing, stand, kneel, sit and take communion. Their priest or pastor will deliver a sermon (in English) and they won’t dance around on the rostrum with a microphone screaming and hollering with their eyes bugging out of their head like they are high on mushrooms. That is, unless your “preacher” is Kenneth Copeland, living in his tax free 18,000 square foot mansion. His tax-free dollars have also “blessed” him with many private jets. Lil’ KC, as he is known to the flock, recently did one of his jacked up political rants, screeching that this election was about defeating the “Homosexual Lesbian Spirits.”
Note that Copeland and Hagis et. al., are only the past two decades of weirdo “Christians” to grace the world of Evangelicals. I don’t know about you, but growing up as a Catholic, I don’t have any memories of the priest jumping up and down on the dais and frothing at the mouth about politics. Mom always said, “Civilized people never discuss religion or politics.” Maybe we should tho?
As I have been harping on over the past month, the dangerous Project 2025 is manufactured and led by the Christian Nationalists. These freaks encompass the far-right Catholic sect known as Opus Dei. Combine this with the NAR, the New Apostolic Reformation and the Seven Mountains Mandate and you can see how fucked up Project 2025 is. You also see where the Homosexual Lesbian Spirits come into play.

Where the “Church” claims that: The AR-15 is the officially-designated "rod of iron" from Revelation…and people wear crowns made of bullets.
What better way to engender World Peace than with an AR-15? Bad Santa (Using the Wimmins)
Yes, I know, I blabbed about a lot of this already when talking about how “The Kingdom of Heaven Is Spread Upon The Earth But Men Do Not See It.” But, for “Christ’s Sake,” do we really just hide in the bunker while the heavily armed Christian Nationalists wipe out all the sinners?
In the movie Bad Santa, when Billy Bob Thornton dons his ski mask to rob the house of the kid, Thurman Merman…Grandma, played by Cloris Leachman, wakes up from her nap and immediately offers to ‘make some sandwiches.’
The original Bad Santa of today’s weirdo, freakfuck Christian Nationalists is “Pastor” Douglas Wilson. Cloris Leachman is a ‘Godly Woman,’ because, according to Wilson, the wimmins are just supposed to “Make the Sandwiches.” How fucked up is Wilson? He put out a video titled, “The Natural Use of the Woman.” Because, you know, women are meant to be “used.”
Wilson is an ‘elder’ to most of today’s Millennial Nationalist Pastors who are known as the TheoBros. The TheoBros and the architects of Project 2025 want to repeal the 19th amendment, taking away a woman’s right to vote, disallow women any positions of power or politics…and limit their ability to get an education. In addition, the TheoBros want to criminalize reporting rape and/or sexual abuse. Basically, the goal of the Project 2025 whack jobs is to turn America into Iran, hence the moniker “Talibangelicals.” And James Donald Bowman AKA “JD Vance” (or whatever the fuck dude’s name actually is) is in deep with the TheoBros. This is why you hear him and people like the KC Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker saying, ‘It’s beautiful for women to just step aside.’ Sure, bro. And why is it that all these TheoBros have the 1000-yard, dead-eye stare and the beard?
The absolute creepiness of all this complete bullshit is the crowd of freaks that follow this logic and simultaneously claim they are leading lives according to “God’s Will.” Are you fucking kidding me?
The world is ‘sinful,’ the world has ‘lost its way,’ the world needs ‘Jesus.’ You know who needs Jesus? People who call themselves “Christians,” that’s who.
If you like to eat seafood, that’s great! Eat all the fucking seafood you want. But don’t tell me that, because I don’t care for seafood, that I am a sinner and going to burn in hell. Fuck you. And you sure as fuck won’t tell me that you want to turn my country into Long John Silver’s and that I must worship your fucking grilled shrimp. ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers,[a] you did it to me.’
One final thought on the TheoBros. Why is it that only the wimmins seem to be the ones with any backbone, any spine, any ‘balls’ to stand up to Tangerine Palpatine? Women like Rep. Liz Cheney, Alyssa Farah Griffin, Cassidy Hutchinson and Sarah Matthews? Where are the men? Where the FUCK are the men?
It Is Up to Us
Yes, the Church is losing altitude. No, the country is not going to shit because people want to seek spiritual fulfillment in ‘secular’ places. However, the truth is, Love is ecumenical. As Wayne Dyer would tell us, “Just send Love.”

This is the simple message I was taught as a child. God is Love. Jesus is Love. Jesus is not an AR-15.
I can find that love in a church, a sweat lodge, a Yoga session, a 15–20-minute breathing meditation…even in a good meal. Rumi would tell us that everything we see with the visible eye is just white noise, and that behind or underneath all this temporal reality is the Love of the Divine.

I totally disagree with St. Paul on his droning on about “sin.” Sin is the one thing that I never understood about the church as a child. As an adult, I understood. The Church uses/used sin as the gateway to salvation…and they amassed a great fortune in wealth by convincing people that they were broken from birth and that Jesus would get you out of your mess, for a price of course. After all, the Vatican is not built out of cardboard.
But the one place where both Rumi and Paul agree is that these truths are written upon our hearts. In Romans, Paul uses the word ‘law.’ I prefer the word truth.

Yoda tells us we are ‘luminous beings.’ He doesn’t say that we are flawed or filled with sin at the first breath. He doesn’t tell us that we can only be ‘saved’ by his particular form of magic. Yoda teaches us that we are aligned with ‘The Force,’ and that all we need to do is access that relationship and then reflect that truth back to the world.

In The Power of Myth PBS series with Bill Moyers and Joseph Cambell, Campbell tells the story when he got out of the pool after his swim, and there was a priest he knew resting in the chairs. He asked the priest if he ever experienced a personal relationship with God. When the father responds, yes, Campbell asks him “What then, father, is the value of faith?”
It is now down to us. Those of us that have found a relationship with Spirit, are called to Love those that are bent on implementing their ‘personal beliefs’ on us. Love is the pathway to, hopefully, reflect to them the very thing that they desire.
