America is F*cked
How uninformed is the American electorate? We live(d) in one of the world’s oldest political systems where the public has(d) the freedom to choose their elected representatives. What we now know about 2024 is that a huge number of “voters” treated the 2024 election like a coin flip.

In 2016, South Park creator Trey Parker wrote an episode called "Douche and Turd," which was funny and more accurately described the choice between then Hillary Clinton and T***p. Young Stan does not feel he needs to vote because his only choice is between a Giant Douche or a Turd Sandwich. In 2016, both candidates had very high negatives going into the election. At that time, we had no idea how bad a T***p presidency could have been.
T***p being elected in 2016 was actually more of a joke back then. He took over a steady, albeit weakish, economy and, by the end of his term, he left office with the worst jobs record since Herbert Hoover and a cratered economy as he completely shit the bed during a global pandemic. Every potential policy enactment, from health care to infrastructure was always “Two weeks from now.”
Idiocracy Achieved: Ignorant AF
Pundits will spend months nit-picking every granular piece of data to forensically pore through data and attempt to blah-blah the bullshit ‘reality’ of the 2024 election. When the truth is simply this: Americans are fucking dumb. Not only did the electorate NOT KNOW WHO WAS RUNNING, they obviously never read Project 2025. Those of us that care about American democracy are shell-shocked learning that a huge amount of our friends and neighbors are politically illiterate to the point that they quite honestly are Dumb All Over.

Going back to Zappa’s 1981 song, Project 2025 is pretty much exactly what Zappa predicted. He sang about a world where religious fascists run every aspect of the society, forcing the public to live by Theocratic rule. Patriarchal Theocratic rule to be specific. We can bank on the fact that, if you did not know who the candidates were, you definitely do not know about the Seven Mountains Mandate.
Yes, women are going to lose their rights…possibly even the right to vote. Yes, slavery and the history of the United States will be whitewashed and sanitized and America’s children will never know the true history of the nation. Forget civics. Gone. Forget freedom. Gone.
So God-Damned Simple: FIVE FUCKING WORDS

The USA is about to go through some things. We are most likely beyond any hope now. With a totally illiterate electorate, the country is doomed. If you want to be educated and informed, start with these resources.
You will NEED these resources in the years to come. These are historians and global experts on Fascism and what a potential resistance to fascism can look like. Some LIVED in fascist regimes, so they know firsthand what is coming for the USA. We need their expertise and strategies to survive what is coming. As Tim Snyder tells us: “Strongman rule is a fantasy. Essential to it is the idea that a strongman will be your strongman. He won't.”

While the pundits spend months pulling their hair and dissecting “cross-tabs,” it will ultimately come down to FIVE FUCKING WORDS: Simple Solutions to Complex Problems = Fascism

Post Traumatic Stress: CPTSD
On to the “feels” part. Many of us, including this author, suffer from PTSD/CPTSD. It is a debilitating state of being that sometimes makes everyday life nearly impossible. A loud noise, a flash of light, there are any number of things that can open a trap door under your feet, and you are sliding down into a pit of panic attacks, depression and other very, very dark stuff.
Tuesday can be defined as a “trigger.” Now is the time to follow some rules of survival. Again, if you have educated yourself on both history and Project 2025, Tuesday is a BIG TRIGGER. You know what is coming, you have tried to tell the people that you love how terrible Project 2025 is…and found yourself screaming into a black hole, as evidenced by dunces going to a polling place without knowing who is actually on the ballot. <facepalm>
I am not a doctor or a mental health expert. But I have done extensive reading and educating myself about How Democracies Die, and I am fully aware of how Project 2025 is truly destructive. Dystopian is too soft a word to describe what they plan to do to the United States. One thing is for certain, women are screwed…royally. Women, people of color, LGBTQ, any religion other than Christianity…they are all fucked. It is poop chute time for anyone that does not swear allegiance to the Dear Leader.
They want to force a Christofascist, theocratic, Talibangelical order on the country. The far-right shift toward authoritarianism will be replete with monstrous gaslighting and disinformation. Disinformation brought us here and disinformation will carry the ball for the fascists.
We will need to be our brother’s keeper to move through this. Remember, if you are on the side that does not advocate book burnings, you are on the right side of history. If we are lucky, this era will produce some of the best protest art seen in nearly sixty years? While Rome burns?

I wish the MSM would start delving into the details of the 7 Mountain Mandate, Project 2025 and everything the Christian Nationalists and Global Supremacists are planning for this country and the rest of the world. It is very scary and just like Trump, they promote and will engage in violence to try to bend us to their will. They think they are doing this for God, but I’m sure he wants no part of this backassward movement. Everyone needs to know what we are up against.
